Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@pt-watch.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will respond with instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the item is returned used or damaged, we may deduct a portion from the refund.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
